My Total Rewards

My Total Rewards — an annual statement of your compensation and benefits package as a UT Dallas employee — provides a personalized overview of your estimated annual salary, other pay, and state and UT Dallas benefits. It is an essential tool to help you plan for your future by understanding the value of your compensation package.

Your statement is based on your estimated earnings and benefits selections as of the December paycheck of each calendar year. For employees who are paid monthly, we calculated pay, insurance and Teacher Retirement System (TRS) deductions based on your December monthly pay and benefits selections multiplied by 12. However, exceptions may occur if you make changes to your benefits selections mid-calendar year. Actual calendar year-to-date amounts as of your December paycheck, are reflected for Voluntary and Optional Retirement Program (ORP) amounts. 

My Total Rewards is available to all benefits-eligible employees except for hourly employees and new hires who do not have paychecks in December. 

To access My Total Rewards:

  1. Visit Galaxy and select Gemini.
  2. Under Gemini for Departments, select the Self-Service Tile.
  3. Select the Total Rewards Tile.
