Notice of Labor Certification Application
UT Dallas has filed one or more labor condition applications (Form ETA 9035) with the US Department of Labor related to the temporary employment of H-1B nonimmigrants or E-3 nonimmigrant worker. All jobs are located on the campus of The University of Texas at Dallas.
Form(s) ETA 9035E is available for public inspection in the Office of Human Resources during regular office hours.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
