New Employee Orientation

Welcome to the University of Texas at Dallas!

We’re excited to welcome you to the UTD community! One of your first experiences as a new employee will be participating in our Virtual New Employee Orientation. This session is designed to help you learn more about UT Dallas, meet key individuals across campus and get answers to common questions as you begin this exciting new chapter of your career.

Orientation is held virtually via Microsoft Teams on the first and third Tuesday of each month, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. You’ll be scheduled to attend the session nearest to — but not before — your official start date. You’ll receive an email with more details and links to join the meeting the week prior to your orientation date.
