The BRIGHT Leaders Program, in collaboration with Skillsoft Aspire Journeys, presents curated collections of courses designed to target development of specific leadership skills at various levels. The purpose of these collections is to help employees grow as professionals in an on-demand, self-guided, virtual format.
The Skillsoft Aspire Journeys are designed to be completed at the employee’s own pace to best fit their schedule.
