2025 Annual Enrollment Announcement

July 1, 2025

All benefits-eligible employees and retirees are invited to attend the 2025 UT Dallas Benefits and Wellness Fair. The onsite fair will be held Tuesday, July 8, in the Student Union Galaxy Rooms (SU 2.602). The virtual fair will be on Tuesday, July 15.

The annual fair’s theme — Benefits and Beyond — revolves around space, galaxies and the universe. So strap in, space travelers, and get ready for liftoff!

Onsite Fair: Tuesday, July 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Join us in the Galaxy Rooms (SU 2.602) as we enter the benefits universe. This is one mission worth accepting! Discover the full range of your out-of-this world benefits designed to support your health, well-being, finances and future. Explore the vendor booths and visit 20 vendors for a chance to win prizes.

Even distant destinations need a flight path. At the fair, you’ll be able to chart your course now with providers who can help guide you toward a financially secure future. Connect with vendors throughout your flight at the Galaxy Rooms. And don’t forget to recharge at the chair massage station to keep your engine running, then make your landing at the photo booth to make intergalactic memories in 2025.

Virtual Fair: Tuesday, July 15, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A week after the onsite fair, launch your benefits mission at the virtual fair on the Benefits Resource Center website. Use the Benefits Resource Guide (pdf) to navigate each webpage and see how it connects to your benefits, events, information and more. Visit 20 vendor stations to activate your prize entry. Discover informative presentations and rendezvous to the arcade to play games. Gather all the intel you need from the site during and after the virtual fair to make confident decisions about your benefits. Make sure you are protected in any galaxy with coverage that fits your needs.
