ERG Application 

The Employee Resource Group (ERG) application form includes questions to be answered by the individual ERG, which will accompany its mission and by-laws (see template) when submitted to the Executive Sponsor.

All ERGs must apply for review and approval of their charter, by-laws and mission to be recognized as an ERG. Please submit the completed applications to the Office of Human Resources at ergmail@utdallas.edu.
