The end of the semester may bring a lot of stress with deadlines and holiday plans, so take some time for yourself and engage in wellness activities to help manage stress.

  • Mental Health Monday:
    • Deer Oaks EAP Services quarterly Stress Management webinar series was designed to provide employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to cope more effectively with stress so they can live healthier and more productive lives.  Please see attached flyer for detailed information and view previous session here.
    • As part of your EAP + Work-Life Benefit, the Wellness series is available for viewing from the homepage and provides a wealth of information on many topical areas that might be of interest to employees and household members.  Log on to the EAP member site, look for the Wellbeing Videos tile on the homepage and enter utdallas for the Username and Password to access the online seminars and videos.
